Hi just wondered if anyone has any ideas what's actually wrong with me.
- I feel worried 24/7
- thoughts seem to always be negative and heavy
- got no energy really although I do get everything I need to done
- quick temper
- exhausted
- just so tense, aching neck muscles
- occasional insomnia
- not really taking care of myself
Is this the start of peri? Or a mental health problem or is this just Mum burn out? Kids 3 and 5. Back to school and preschool tmw.
What do I do? See GP? I'm 41.
