I’ve had blood tests , I’ve been to the ENT and they say nothing looks wrong. It’s really horrible and stressing me out. I’ve a horrible taste aswell.
I do have acid reflux which the ent said could be contributing but I’m already on medication for that and have been for years.
so , I think it must be peri.
could peri be this bad ?
if anyone else has this due to peri please let me know as then I can stop worrying it’s something else that may never go away !

also having weight gain , anxiety, headaches , crippling fatigue and irregular periods so I’m sure I am in peri , I’m 49. I never knew It would feel this bad though.

My dentist told me this was most likely due to teeth clenching. I started trying to relax my jaw during the day and to wear a night guard whilst sleeping. It did the trick.
