Utrogestan vaginally

I'm in my second month of HRT, two pumps of Oestrogel a day and then Utrogestan for 14 days in the second half of my cycle. Taking the tablets orally doesn't seem to agree with me. I think because I'm using Wegovy my stomach is never empty enough by the time I take the Utrogestan. I would like to switch to vaginal use - my question is can I use the same capsules I've been used for oral use vaginally? Or should I ask for a prescription for a different form of Utrogestan that is suitable for vaginal use.

Thanks so much for any shared wisdom.

You use the same ones.

There is a 200mgs one, but it's not licensed for fertility and not HRT.
The 200mgs is exactly the same (I've used it) just bigger.

You may get it if your GP is willing, but it's off-licence (as is using it vaginally.)

Thanks so much for responding. Great, I'm going to use them vaginally this cycle and see if I feel better that way. Appreciate your response.

I’ve tried them vaginally but they melt into a watery mess so use them at night and potentially use a panty liner. I didn’t really like it and was also wary of DP coming into contact with it so went back to oral.
