Hi there I am new here was wanting advice I am 48 and am reluctant to use the everol conti patches but I have tried to do this without help but have got to a stage were the menopause has effected my mental health .is anyone else on these patches and should I give them a go

I was on Evorel Sequi, so a mix of the 2 lady hormones, patches. The progesterone patches had no effect on me in a bad way. I was very surprised as hubby had the snip as the POP (mini pill) and implant had drastic mental and physical side effects on me.

Just give them a try 🙂 if don't suit, there are other types of hrt to try. Usually try for 3 months the experts say!
