Period symptoms no period

I'm 43 and been on hrt for about 2.5 years due to some peri symptoms. I have regular periods, never usually late, maybe by a day or 2 at most.

This month my period is late by about 6 days. I've been having all the symptoms of it coming for nearly 2 weeks. Cramps, bloating and really irritable. The past 3 nights have had terrible night sweats, I've woke up with my bed sheets damp.
Still no period.
Could this be the start of things really starting to happen or just a late period?
Anyone else having similar?

I really can't handle all the period symptoms and not getting an actual period if it's like this from now on!!

If symptoms are coming back you might need to increase oestrogen. What are you on? And have you made any life style changes to reduce symptoms?

I'm on 50 everol patch and 3 sprays of lenzetto.
I do eat healthy and I'm going to join a gym in a couple of weeks just to do strength training.

I've got all the usual symptoms of my period coming but no sign of it after 6 days. I'm never usually this late

Op periods can go haywire in the menopause with the timing. Mine used to go from 28days to six months in between.

This what I'm dreading. I don't mind if I don't get the symptoms, but at the minute I've had symptoms for nearly 2 weeks and nothing.
Did you still get period symptoms every month even though you didn't get a period?

I get symptoms every 3 to 5 weeks (it varies quite a bit) but only approximately every third is an actual period.
