I'm on the patches and Utrogestan 100 and have been prescribed northeristone for my holidays. Enjoy your break!

Yes.

There are 2 options.

Either -
You just keep using the patches with only estrogen and start the combined patch later, towards the end of your holiday, bearing in mind your period will come when you get to the end of the 4 week cycle.

Or -

The alternative is to use more of the patches containing both hormones, because you should normally only have a period once you've come to the end of those. The combined patch contains Norethiserone.

If you're using Utrogestan 100mgs a day you should not be bleeding at all. This is combined continuous HRT and usually only for women post menopause (no periods and no withdrawal bleed.)

Is there a reason why you're using it and still having periods?

Edited

I'm on it, because that's what my dr told me to take. I take it every 14 days, not continuously. I had northeristone last month and barely bled after, and this month was late and again, am barely bleeding. I don't know if that's just a natural progression as this is all new to me, or not. I will be taking the northeristone again next month, as I'm away again and don't want to risk it.
