How to restart HRT?

I have been on HRT for approximately 7/8 years. I thought I may be over the majority of the worst so stopped taking it about 3 weeks ago. I am now struggling with symptoms such as hot flushes, achy joints and want to restart again. My question is I was taking oestrogel 2 pumps and utrogeston for 12 days.
Do I restart the same regime or do I go for the one utrogeston each day with my oestrogel ?
I have always disliked the utrogeston as it gives me some side effects so am concerned about taking it every day.
Any suggestions please?

You can do either.

If your periods stopped a year ago or you're over 54 you can try continuous combined (Utrogestan daily.)

You've just got to try it and see how you feel. You might not get as many side effects on 100mgs as you did on 200mgs.
