Hyper sensitive to noise

Anyone else feel overwhelmed by all the noise. i crave quiet…The TV is on too loud IMO. The teens dual screening with sound up…the washing machine beeping…all of it…i want to sit in silence…Sign of Peri?

Yeah I’m the same. I had just put it down to age but maybe you’re right about peri. More joy. I have these which help a bit, depending on my mood.

Yes I’m the same. When I’m very tired any noise is like an electric shock in my head. I use loops when I need to.
