God. Ds asked me something then didn't listen to my answer at tea, and I've been in tears since. It feels like nobody ever listens to me, it feels like the end of the world 🙄

Realistically I know this isn't true, but it's how it feels.

My PMS mood swings and emotions are getting worse and worse atm. Will anything make them better??

I'm 52, about to make an appt with GP re menopause symptoms. 🙏

OP I have been there and it's very hard. Feels like you are on an emotional rollercoaster but never know which emotion is around the next bend. Anxiety, crying fits, blind rages and feelings of absolute despair all drove me to the doctors. I remember once telling my DH I was going to divorce him all because he put too much milk in my tea one day (still feel awfully guilty about that outburst). Get to the Doctor as soon as you can and get HRT. I know there are some schools of thought that say try herbal route and diet changes first, and I did that - but it was not really helping me quickly enough. Once I started HRT within 6 weeks I felt human again, and after 6 months felt on top of the world (and still do). Best of luck, and I hope you feel more balanced soon.

Another vote for HRT if it is suitable for you.
