I’ve been prescribed combined oestrogen/progesterone HRT in the form of oestrogel and Utrogestan but I’m confused about when to start taking it. Do I start immediately and not worry about what day of my cycle I am on? Or I can wait until the 1st of the month to start the oestrogel and then add the Utrogestan on the 15th which will make it easier to remember every month?
i still have periods and my next one is due around the 7th September. Does this matter? Thanks for your help!
