Low dose antidepressant - tick
Magnesium glycinate - tick
No alcohol, low sugar, exercise, fibre, protein, carbs, vitamin D - tick

Just after ovulation and just after my period I feel in freeze mode. Can't take HRT due to estrogen sensitive condition.

Interested in the solution that is the most minimal effort and makes the anxiety bearable.

Minimal effort/time is key as I already spend all my energy trying do everything and I don't want to have to make yet another adjustment.

Hey there, I found a higher fat diet really helped with random probably peri anxiety flare ups. I was waking in panic and dread for no reason and sweating my self wet, but since consciously increasing the amount of fat I eat, it's been miles better. I am also sleeping way better and no sweating.
The eat more fat advice is from Elizabeth Bright if you want to do your own research.
Best of luck!
