how to get rid of sticky patches

if i want to go swimming, i have sticky patches from the hrt on my thighs.

Rub with a flannel and baby oil.

I use an exfoliating glove. Works every time

I use my eye make up remover before getting in the shower, but a hot shower/bath and vigorous scrub with a face cloth does eventually get it off.

Avon Skin So Soft dry oil spray is amazing at removing these. It's the blue/green one.

Weirdly I'm finding that dry skin and a rub with a dry hand seems to peel it off the best. I've tried baby oil, exfoliating puff things from the shower, but nothing seems to shift it.

I rub the marks off with the patch I have just taken off.
