I’m 43 and still having regular periods, due to hot flushes and night sweats (plus loads of other symptoms) I’ve been started on 50mcg oestrogen patches and progesterone tablets for the second half of my cycle. Plus 10mcg vaginal oestrogen tablets daily. I’m on day 6 so wearing my second patch. I feel very weird today - just a sort of wired, panicky feeling and my heart rate is higher than usual. Has anyone else experienced this in the beginning? I’m wondering if I should cut the patches in half. The wired feeling may also be a coincidence!?
