Continuous or cyclical HRT for POI

I am 31 and have POI. I have been given advise to change to continuous HRT from cyclical to see if this helps with painful cramps when I get the withdrawal bleed. Does anyone have advice or know if this affects fertility chances(which I know are already very small)

Have you heard of the Daisy Network- UK charity for POI?
There may be something on their website.
Have you been referred to a menopause/ fertility specialist (which you should have) to talk about this?

Not exactly, gynae diagnosed me and prescribed HRT , then discharged to GP. I have heard of daisy network and going to their conference in September 🙂

I think cyclical is better if you want a chance at falling preg naturally
