I'm on Femoston 1/10. I forgot to take my dose yesterday so - idiotically - without really thinking or looking up what to do I took two doses this morning. I'm on the grey pills part of the pack.
I now read that if you miss a dose you should just pick up where you left off and never take a double dose. I'm feeling slightly panicked. Anyone else done this?
