Hi how is everything going with your menopausal issues. I’m on 75 patch from everol. Thinking I need it upped. I have no energy to do anything. I just really can’t be bothered has anyone else been like this ?

I'm just about ready to hand my notice in at work and start selling the big issue. I work in retail and I literally hate people. Each shift is hell. I'm on 75mg everol and 200mg utrogeston for 14 days. I'm not too bad when I'm on utrogeston. But I still hate people and retail 😂

I changed to Estradot from Evorel. It's better and you get more absorption. Still needed 100.

I also can’t be bothered with anything. Normally I’m a get it done get it all done then relax now I don't even get round to doing anything. I’m so frustrated. Thee lake of sleep and waking up at 4-5 am and not getting back to sleep. Hopefully I can get this sorted. I have a phone check with the her nurse on Tuesday. Anyone else have problems staying asleep
