Sore boobs for two weeks

I've been using Evorel sequi patches for seven months (before that tablet hrt) and haven't had a period for five months, I don't know if that's due to the patches or because I'm 52. However I've had really sore, swollen boobs for two weeks now like I'm going to get my period. I had covid two weeks ago and at first thought maybe that had caused my boob pain but they're still very sore. Has anyone had this? Is there anything I can do to reduce the discomfort? I would like to be intimate tonight but I can't bear the thought of my boobs being touched at all. I feel like making myself a cabbage leaf poultice or something!

I had the same thing on hrt. I had a bit of spotting after about 4 months and my boobs were sore and tender, felt like a was due a period. It was awful.

I had that at one point and took a load of starflower oil. It calmed down. It might have calmed down anyway as it hasn’t come back. I think it’s fluctuations of hormones. But yes, it was intense. And I looked like a blow up doll.

I just wish the period would come if it's going to! I'm feeling emotionally sensitive and pmt-y too Sad
