Weird symptoms

So I will go get a check as I know any post menopause bleeding should be looked into but I was hoping for some comments from anyone who has had any experience of similar.

So I've had TERRIBLE hair loss for the past 10ish weeks. I thought it was my new adhd med so I stopped taking that a month ago but hair loss continues

The around 10 days ago I got a brown then red blood discharge. Lasted about 6 days. Light but def blood not just brown.

The past 3 weeks I've had NO body odour. Going from stinking like a docker under my arms to no body odour.

My body odour def swings with hormones so I'm definitely having some crazy hormone issue.

I've tried the last few days reverting to patches after having been in gels for a couple of years. I'm not sure if that quelled the bleeding or if the bleeding was going to stop anyway.

So hair loss first. Then some bleeding and no body odour.

What's going on? And yes. I'll go to the gp but I'm on holiday atm

Hey, definitely get checked by the GP.

But for menopause, have you heard of Elizabeth Bright, she is a medical doctor who advocates for a high fat diet for women. She has a book and and goes on podcasts, so you can find her on YouTube. But basically, women need hormones to function, hormones are made by the body from fat. So women eating a low fat diet are going to face problems.
I am not totally convinced, but willing to try it and see.
