Hi. I'm sure the answer is already on this board but a quick search hasn't pulled anything up.
I've just started HRT with two pumps of Estrogel a day and day 15-26 of Utrogestan. I know some people pick two weeks in a calendar month to take the progesteron but as my cycles were 28 days roughly anyway I thought I'd just follow by Clue app to keep track of the days. But yesterday was day 26 and I started bleeding even though I was still taking the Utrogestan so does that now become my day 1 or do am I on day 27 still despite bleeding.
I will probably just move to tracking it on calendar months in the long term or my cycles will just get shorter and shorter but not sure what to do right now.
