Hearing about this magic pill everywhere I go and thinking of trying it! Just wondered if anyone has tried it and would recommend?

No...definitely wouldn't recommend ,no noticeable results...then I googled the
'e numbers' that go into the capsules! I wish I could be more positive, but at nearly £50 a month , there are better options. Anyone using it good luck ,but not for me.

@JemxLx thanks for sharing!! I thought it might be too good to be true. I did wonder if it was perhaps just really good marketing!!

It's expensive nonsense. Is this for menopause?
Have you tried HRT?

JemxLx · 10/08/2024 08:46

Look up the full list of e numbers on wiki ..e171 Titanium Dioxide...no longer approved as of June 2022 in the EU, ( not sure about UK or USA) possible carcinogenic effects...micro amounts I'm sure . For me I'd rather not take something that has the tiniest amount of this substance.

Yes I have now started HrT, just wondered if this was something that might supplement it. Still struggling with low energy levels and loss of libido. I have started testosterone and hoping that might help!

dont think it’s helped that my GP initially prescribed anti depressants. Currently weaning myself off those!
