Menopause expert South Bucks

Could anyone recommend a menopause doctor near South Bucks/west Herts?

I’m 42 and have been suffering from what is, in retrospect, debilitating anxiety for the past few months which is worst in my luteal phase. Currently feeling stressed AF and exceptionally unproductive and I know my period will show in a few days.

I’ve finally reached the point where I can’t out-exercise, out-meditate or out-diet it. Would appreciate any help.

TBH I'd look at London where you have more choice. You're presumably a reasonable train journey away?

The BMS has a list of specialists by region.

But- have you tried your GP and discussed HRT? Or other types of help?

No because it’s a 6 week wait for a routine appointment so I’d rather go private, either GP or consultant.

I’m looking for personal recommendations rather than attempting to choose an name off a list so if you know of anyone I’d be really appreciative.
