Effect of tiredness on HRT levels

I've tried to Google but can't get the search terms right!

I'm only in months 2 of Estradot 50 and Progesterone 2 x 14 days. I've got a treatment plan to go up half a patch if still symptomatic so I'm keeping a careful eye on how I feel at different times.

It's seeming like when I'm really tired (as in worked overnight) and worn out (houseful of guests and putting on a party over the last week), I can feel my symptoms coming back - hip pain and anxiety.

I'm trying to work out if I'm imagining this or if it's a thing? It would seem a bit logical?

Has anyone noticed this or have any thoughts?

Stress exacerbates any peri/ meno symptoms.
Doesn't matter if you're on HRT or not. It's not connected to using HRT.
It's the stress.

Thanks, yes, I guess that's what I'm seeing and for me it's body stress rather than mental stress at these points. I know it was a thing pre HRT that like most of us we feel less well in difficult times. I seem to be clearly seeing it in my oestrogen levels which I don't seem to see others talking about.

I don't seem to need to go up half a patch currently other than at these points where I can feel a difference in my symptoms. I've added half a patch once but then dropped back and felt fine. I know it's early days and I'm a bit focused on how I feel.

I don't understand how you can see it in your estrogen levels. Symptoms can come and go and be caused by so many other things. If you are using HRT at the right dose, your levels won't change day to day.

You're possibly overthinking it :)

I may well be overtaking and not explaining myself well 😀

Ha! Overthinking....

I'll have another go at explaining!

My symptoms have returned twice, on both occasions I was knackered for various reasons.

Do others notice this or am I quite sensitive to my oestrogen levels?

No it just means you were knackered and your symptoms were worse.
