Menopause clinics in the West Midlands

I’m about to embark on my HRT journey. I know zero about the whole thing and am looking for a recommended clinic that can help me make the right choices. Happy to pay private. Thanks for your help.

Go on the British menopause society website and you’ll find your closest specialist on there that’s where I found mine and she was private and worth every penny I’m in the East Midlands.

Thanks Strongbeatsskinny, the BMS is a great resource, however as mentioned, I’m looking for recommendations from experience. I’ll reword my post to read better…

Hmmm, looks like I can’t edit post (I’m new here). Hopefully someone will be able to offer up the name of a doctor that they have consulted with that they rate.

I went with one that didn’t work privately along side being one that also worked for the NHS as I was warned that if they were private alongside thier nhs work they could be a bit too cautious . So hard to find the right words but I went with oh well she’s close by and well they all know thier stuff as that’s what they are specialised in and choose that pathway. I researched them as much as i could but honest it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The care and knowledge was amazing and I totally understand how you want a recommendation sadly I didn’t get any.

I used Spiced Pear Health on line, as I did not have the time to go to yet another appointment.

Have been very happy with them. On the BMS site there are lots of online only clinics.
