Excessive wee-ing

Just had 2 hours of weeing constantly. No burning or back pain. My friend says vaginal atrophy and pessaries can help.
Any experience?

Your friend is probably right.
Go and see your GP.

Vaginal estrogen is not classed as HRT as it's only put in the vagina.

It is actually (at my surgery anyway) - I have it and I have to fill in an HRT review every time I get my prescription.

Weeing all the time is one of my peri symptoms. It's much improved on HRT. I'm going to try pessaries next week (vagirux) to see if it improves further. I was getting up 3 times a night which was trashing any chance of sleep and had got to the point of not drinking anything after 5pm.

Sounds more like a UTI. You don't necessarily get burning or back pain. Drink loads of water for a few days and see how you get on. If you were getting it all the time then it might be hormonal.

I do that £10 a month thing because I get loads of different things on prescription so apart from the annoying form it's worth my while having it from the Doc.
