Anyone taking Utrogestan alongside a Mirena?

Hi, wondering if anyone I'd being prescribed both by NHS GP and/or consultant? Or if there are any guidelines saying it's okay to do this apart from the BMS unscheduled bleeding ones which mention it in that context. Thank you!

what is the context? why both?

I just meant the BMS guidelines mention adding Utro to Mirena as a way to resolve unscheduled bleeding. It's mentioned in that particular context. I have a Mirena but was getting some irregular bleeding. I started taking 100mg oral Utro alongside to try to resolve bleeding, and it has. But I've also found my sleep quality improved and (weirdly) my digestive system (prone to IBS type symptoms) and just feel steadier. So I'd like to continue and wondered if there were others out there who were on Mirena either for contraception or endometrial protection and took Utrogestan alongside for therapeutic reasons. And if the NHS was prescribing. If that makes sense.
