I'm on tamoxifen and can't have hrt. This was one of the reasons I went on hrt.
I haven't had this symptom at all since I came off hrt nearly a year ago but have this month - covid jab and illness and stress then a period. Bar the illness, I'd been feeling really well, energised, no brain fog and day 3 of period completely slumped. Cold, tired, achey, unmotivated.
Any foods or approaches that work? Does some iron help? Or is it low cortisol? It's really quite a noticeable slump a day or two after my period starts
