Neck spots

I'm 45, perimenopausal, using HRT patches and have started getting large, painful neck spots. They don't have a head to squeeze and take ages to die down, leaving scars.
Any advice products to treat and prevent?

I get these too. I thought it was my hair products getting on my skin. I'm not on hrt.

@floflip I could have written your post! Did you get any further with this? I've been on patch for about two months, am 45, and suddenly getting big painful spot son neck - nowhere else. Any help appreciated!!!
