I’m in peri not yet menopausal and although I don’t think I’m catching more colds or viruses than before I do notice that I struggle to rid myself of them when I do catch something, which I didn’t have an issue with before. I think my perimenopause has battered my immune system a bit.

I currently have Covid. Dh kindly passed it on and whilst he’s been fine after a couple of days of feeling rough I’m feeling awful and it will probably take me a lot longer to get rid of this than he did.

I take vitamin d and I live a healthy life but there you go.
