Post progesterone slump?

Does anyone else feel absolutely rotten on sequential HRT when they finish the progesterone phase and have a withdrawal bleed? This element of the month makes me feel physically and mentally feel rubbish and absolutely exhausted, just for a couple of days. Anyone else and if so, any words of wisdom? I use continuous oestrogel and 14 days of provera. Feel generally much better when on progesterone table element of the HRT.

Yes. Completely wiped out for 48 hours. Thankfully, I'm using a longer cycle than 4 weeks (with a consultant, and have private scans) so it's longer between cycles. But it feels like I've been unplugged from the mains. I just want to lie down and snooze!
I don't have any answers. Been using HRT long term and it's just something I put up with but I do have to fit my diary around it.

Thank you! Unplugged is the perfect description. It's helpful to know it is a 'thing' but I wish it wasn't!
