New allergies now perimenopausal

I have been in peri for a few years and noticed I now have issues with pollen with dry eyes and nose sensitivity most weeks.

Today I had been cleaning and by the evening my nose felt sore inside and I got a slight headache. It seems fragrance or cleaning sprays now affects me.

Last week I put on a new perfume and next day had awful headache and then my nose felt really sore inside when breathing in.

I know it sounds random but anyone else had anything similar?

I developed an allergy to alcohol. My face goes bright red and burns after two sips. I also seem to sneeze when I’ve been dusting now, which is a new thing.

I hardly drink now as when I do it gives me awful headache. Not sure if that's due to hormones or not.
