If Lenzetto gave me migraine...

.... any idea if oral oestrogen will do the same?

A few years ago, I tried Lenzetto (the oestrogen that you spray on your arm) for about three days and for all three days I had a migraine. Since then, I've been using the patches without problem. But for long story reasons patches aren't really working for me now. At my next appointment, I'm going to ask about oral oestrogen. In preparation, can anyone guess or tell me if the oral oestrogen is likely to cause migraine like the spray did? Thanks!

I would be inclined to look into specific types of estrogen and work out what you're getting in the patch vs the spray; if they're different you might be able to find the one that works for you in a different delivery mechanism. I'd be inclined to try gel before oral estrogen because of the clot risk.

I felt terrible on tablets. Every side effect magnified. Except for lowest dose. It was mainly the progesterone, though.
