How much Utrogestan?

I was talking to a friend yesterday who told me she now has to take 2 tablets a day as she is on 3/4 pumps of Oestrogel. Her doctor said this is due to risk of womb cancer with that much oestrogel. I am also using 3 pumps of Oestrogel and have only been taking one Utrogestan tablet at night. Just wondered what everyone else does and if I should be upping it.

There is new guidance from BMS re use of progesterone and high doses oestrogen, 3 pumps is ok on standard dose but will depend on other risk factors, best to discuss with your HCP
