Please can you help with some advice? I'm 47 and in peri, on Estrogel and Ultrogestan progesterone 2 weeks out of 4, as prescribed by the GP.
However recently my cycle has been longer, around 5 weeks. Should I adjust the dose to the cycle, starting the pattern after each period? Also is it possible to just take the progesterone every 3 months, as I think it lowers my mood?
