I have been taking HRT for about 6 months. I am ment to take on day 15-28, however due to my periods becoming irregular since taking this my period has come on day 10 of taking the progesterone. Should I stop and start again on the new day 15 or should I carry on for the remaining 4 days??

You can't follow your own cycles because in the end they will be all over the place-early, late, not appearing at all- so HRT resets the cycle into a regular withdrawal bleed.
