HRT Confusion

Need a bit of help here ladies...so first month of HRT and instructions say gel everyday and then progesterone tablets days 15-26 (also transexamic acid days 1-4)...I'm on day 19 and having a full on bleed (feel like normal period). I think I thought that I'd get to day 26 and stop progesterone and then would get bleeding, like on the pill

Do I just carry on to day 26 or is this new day 1?? I am so confused!

You still need to take 12 days of progesterone. You are best picking a date of the month and sticking to it. My date is 10th month I start on the 10th and take progesterone for 12 days then stop same date each month. You may get irregular bleeding for a couple of months until your body gets used to it .
