Irregular cycles

I'm 44. For the past while my cycles have been very irregular varying from 2 weeks apart to 6 weeks apart. I never know when I will get my period. My anxiety peaks around my period. No hot flushes or heavy periods. Could this be peri? Thanks

It’s possible but are u upto date with your smears? If not ask to get one?
