Forgotten to bring the Utrogeston part of my HRT!

I’m away from home for 6 days and last night discovered that I’d forgotten to pack the tablet part of my combined HRT patch and tablet! Of corse I packed everything my husband would need and sorted the dog care, walks, garden watering (if needed , I’m quite aware it hasn’t stopped raining yet, but here’s hoping) anyway I forgot the most important tablet and now I’m so anxious and don’t know whether I should also take off patch til I get back? Does anyone know please, I would be really grateful, thank you 😕

You can phone NHS 111 and they will arrange an emergency prescription sent to a local pharmacy.

I did exactly the same thing when working away from home. I think the pharmacy i went to asked to see it listed in my record on the NHS app before they would have it out.

Do make that call - I missed 3 days of my Utrogestan and then following week had the most awful flood - like 5 periods all at once. I have been to the doctor and had all appropriate follow ups.

@LisaLovesNature If you're using them daily, or on a cycle that you've started, you need to try to continue or you will very likely get a bleed possibly in 2-3 days from now.

If you've not started them yet, it would be ok to delay for 6 days till you're home.
