Please help urgently with how to take Progesterone and Evorel

So Progesterone needs to start on day 15 of cycle... that's today.
But now read that Evorel patch needs to go on within five days of start of bleeding... which I've missed!
So do I need to wait till next month/cycle to start? Or could I just start both today?

If Evorel is an estrogen only patch, you can start it anytime. I've never heard of anyone being told to wait to start estrogen on its own.

If your own cycle is Day 15 today, you can start Utrogestan today.
The best way to keep track is to use Utrogestan on the same day each month ( like 5th July ) because the couple of extra days don't matter.
