Hoping someone can advise while I wait for GP appointment. I'm 48, periods still every 28 days but been on two pumps of oestrogel daily and 2 x 100mg progesterone capsules (inserted as a pessary) from day 15 for 12 days for the last two years because of peri symptoms. For the last three months I have had flooding which has kept me house bound for a couple of days. Literally like a tap. I haven't changed anything so why has this started now? Is my oestrogen too high or the progesterone too much? Any ideas on what I need to do to tackle it would be very much appreciated.
