Patches - size and placement

I've just moved from Evorel 50 to Estradiol 75 and I'm shocked at how much bigger they are! I hadn't even really thought about the fact they'd be bigger but the new ones seem huge.
I was wearing the small ones on the side/back of my bum - just inside where my swimsuit covers, but when I put the 75 there today it's larger size means I can feel it crinkling when I walk and that bit of my bum moves.... where do you put yours? (I'm not keen on it being visible when I swim).
Thanks.

Outer thigh, below the knicker line. Avoids most crinkling and is less annoying. There's nowhere inside a swimsuit that'll do that really. No-one cares that you are wearing patches - perhaps it'll help someone else make the jump to HRT.

Why didn’t you go on Everol 75 as you were on everol 50. I’m on everol 50 and as my px doesn’t state a brand I was given estraderm one month and they were very crinkly and wernt the best at sticking either.
