I am definitely peri. For me it's the mood swings, anger anxiety- no libido - psychological symptoms. I take mini pill so have no periods - I am 41 so gp has suggested continuing to take pill +utrogestan at night and estrogen patch however, she did initially suggest trying the combined pill as this can help per symptoms.
I am put off taking utrogestan at night and also because a lot of what I have read about it so I thought maybe try vaginally which GP said is fine. My concern is having sex if I am inserting vaginally daily. Has anyone had any successes taking mini pill, plus utrogestan and wearing patches?
Like I said my other option is changing to the combined pill like zoley - has this worked for anyone?
I am reluctant to get a coil as I don't like the idea of it / having it fitted early. I just feel at such a loss but don't want to continue to feel this way so any advice would be much appreciated.
