I posted a few weeks ago.
Still no bleed. I do the patches the whole month (Evorel 50) then Utrogestan for 14 days, days 15-28
I’m on month 2 Utrogestan now and still haven’t bled. Bit worried. My periods were pretty regular before this. (Within a 23-29 day cycle)
I am struggling to take it 2 hours after food at night as I need to eat quite late and I am a bit of an evening snacker. Could this be why I’m having an issue? I understood that taking it on a full stomach group increase absorption, if anything.
