What can you recommend for the endless goddam post meno (61) itching?

E45 lotion in the blue and gold pump bottle is nice.

Mine has been better since I have been taking a daily anti histamine for hay fever. Have you seen a gp as itching can be a symptom of liver problems or other issues too..

I prefer Oilatum rather than E45, £9 for a pump bottle on amazon.

Also high dose Fexofenadine for my night time urticaria.

Organic coconut oil is amazing for me
