Help with blood test results

Hi,
Can anyone help me interpret my test results please? I’m abroad and my doctors surgery hasn’t been answering the phone. My nhs app tells me I need to speak to a doctor about my results but I’m worrying and nothing I can do for a couple of weeks as I can’t physically go to my doctors.

Ive had two lots of blood tests one on day 5 and another on day 21.

im under 40 hence why they are doing blood tests. All my thyroids are normal and general blood tests are normal.

im having loads of symptoms but main ones are anxiety and mood swings. Appreciate any help 🙏

day 5 tests :-

FSH - 24.3 (abnormal)
LH - 10.5 (normal)
Oestradial 59.8 (abnormal)

day 21:-

progesterone 0.7 (apparently normal)
LH - 9.3
FSH - 4.1
Oestradial -1846 (abnormal)

Your blood tests were done a little out of kilter.
There are supposed to be two, done both at the same days on 2 consecutive months.

The first one was okay (between Day 2 to 5 of a monthly cycle) but the Day 21 is a bit odd.

Your FSH is raised for someone your age.
Over 30 is considered post menopausal.
Your estradiol is low.

You can search for these figures online- just put in your results and your age etc.

It looks as if this is a sign of early peri menopause, so your GP should be talking to you next about the benefits and protection of HRT, or referring you to a gynae for this.

Thank you so much for your helpful reply. I think it’s just the second test threw me, I was expecting my oestrogen to be low again but then it was abnormally high.

Will have a search on the internet
