Constant bleeding

I started on oestrogel 2 pumps and 1 Utrogestan back in July last year ( post menopausal aged 59 ) . Felt good at first then in September I started bleeding . I was also extremely emotional and crying all the time .
I was advised to up my pumps of gel to 4 and my Utrogestan to 2 tablets . The bleeding stopped for a while then started again . I had a private scan which showed all ok my lining of the womb was nice and thin and I had 1 fibroid .
I started on testogel also around November time .
I've now changed to provera at night starting at 1 tablet then increased to 2 and I'm still bleeding . I've changed my testosterone too as I felt no difference whatsoever on testogel .
I'm getting so sick and tired of this bleeding it's proper getting me down .
Has anyone found a resolution to a similar situation please

Yes, I'm your age and started HRT two years ago, oestrogel and Utrogestan. All was well until six months ago when I started bleeding on and off, which was a pain as I'd had no bleeding at all since having a Mirena put in aged 46. Referred to gynaecologist who checked everything thoroughly via a hysteroscopy and biopsy. He recommended another Mirena as the progesterone part of HRT along with my usual two pumps of oestrogel. I had my second Mirena put in about three months ago and the bleeding has now stopped altogether again, thankfully. It seems to be the thing that works for me.

When starting continuous HRT, you can bleed for 6 months until the hormones settle down.

Not very helpful I know but I had to stop HRT in the end for this reason. Despite trying many different doses / types / regimes / private / nhs etc it just never calmed down over 2 years of trying. I just got really fed up with it in the end and ditched it all and stayed on the mini pill which has completely stopped any periods / bleeding. I still get menopausal issues but I’d rather those than the constant bleeding, it was driving me crazy. (I had all the various womb checks etc).

It's been mentioned about a Mirena this may be the next step for me

Mirena coil stopped excessive bleeding for me. I’m just on mirena and oestrogel patches

I went onto Evrorel 75 (1 year + since last period) & UTROGESTAN for this reason and it stopped the bleeding completely almost immediately and been fine for a year now.

mirena has done wonders on bleeding. Also feel less anxious and less achy too. It’s wasn’t too painful to have fitted and has made me feel back to normal. I know it doesn’t work for everyone but I’m feeling good on it
