HRT and Ovulation

Is it possible to ovulate while on HRT Evorel Sequi patches, if so when does ovulation occur? Would it be at the end of the pack at the same time as the breakthrough bleed, or could it be at anytime of the cycle? I started Evorel Sequi patches almost a month ago due to perimenopause symptoms and FSH levels. Not had a period since mid January.

Yes. You're not post meno till 12 months after your last period.

HRT doesn't suppress ovulation so you're still fertile if that's your question.

There's no pattern to ovulation in peri so if you don't want to get pregnant, don't take any chances.
