Can taking soy isoflavones bring on ovulation in post-menopause?

So I thought I'd gone into my menopause and now post-menopausal (no moon time for over a year). And now I seem to be ovulating!!!
After months and months of hot flushes they have stopped in the last week and I have the signs of ovulation. I'm confused - the only thing I can think is that I've been taking soy isoflavones and am wondering if they have induced the production of oestrogen and have initiated a cycle.
Tried googling this but not finding any answers. Anyone here know anything about this or had this experience?
(N.B. not on HRT)

No.

When your eggs are all used up nothing can bring back ovulation.

If you have any bleeding after more than a year without, you do need to see your GP and have a scan to see that all's okay.

Thanks.

Obviously, I don't know that I am definitely ovulating but the physical evidence is so very like ovulation from the past. I only became post menopausal at the end of April so I wonder if I've declared myself menopausal too soon! Guess I'll just have to wait and see if I bleed in a few weeks time!
