Reducing Everol patch, 50 to 25.

I’m not great at taking medication so, after 18 months on the everol 50 patch and the Utrogestan tablet at night. I decided to reduce to 25 patches.
It’s been about two weeks since l reduced the dose and a few symptoms seem to have returned. Would it be possible for such a reaction .. difficulty sleeping as hot( could be weather related too!!) and I’ve been very tired and moody.
Wondering if l should put 2 patches, so I’m back to the 50 dose I previously had( not sure you can wear two patches?) on or just see how the next few weeks go as I’m sure it takes time for the body to adapt to a lower dose. Or, am I just imagining the symptoms as l know I’ve reduced the everol patch. Yes, over thinking it! I seem to worry and over think everything. Sorry.

Why did you want to reduce your patch?

Because eventually I would like to come off HRT…? But, can’t answer you as to why- sorry. So, l thought it would be the next step.

However, recently I have been diagnosed with low bone density and put on calcium tablets and another tablet I’m to take once a week. So, maybe l should stay on the 50 everol.?

l would like to speak to a tbh…but that’s so difficult at the moment locally. ( phone on the day and hope they have availability)
