Can you just take testosterone & no oestrogen/progesterone?

Not an expert but I don't think so - if your oestrogen levels are low then the testosterone gets turned into oestrogen by the body. I had to have blood tests to check my oestrogen levels were optimum before being prescribed it.

Yes, what DoctorMartin says above, also you need to be stable, 6 months after starting HRT before you should then commence the Testosterone (from what I have read).

Energy, libido and for some it helps with brain fog I believe.

I think you have to say it's for lack of libido to get it prescribed on the NHS.
