Sense of dread

I have been on HRT for nearly two years, been fine. Got rid of foggy mind, hot sweats, aching joints.

But just lately (last few weeks) my heart is racing, feel like I'm on top of building looking down, disturbed dreams, waking up and immediately full of anxiety.

But life is currently fine. Nothing more than usually busy life etc..

It's scaring me. Do you think it's menopause related?

Yes I think it's menopause related.
I feel this when I've got to drive. Before Hrt, my anxiety was so bad, I could barely drive; I thought I was going to crash each time! Once on HRT I was fine. Now, I've had to come off permanently and I'm back to
square one. Today is the first day in weeks that I have driven ( we are talking 10 mins to the local tip) Maybe your HRT needs adjusting?

The things we have to go through!

Thank you for replying. I'll get it checked at GP.
Hope you feel better too.
